Our family

In the sixties in Lisio, a small town in Val Mongia in the province of Cuneo in the Maritime Alps , Angelo Rossi raised the company as a simple family business trading of chestnuts and grinding them for flour.
Later in the eighties , the company expanded with the construction of the warehouse Scagnello , magnifying the activity with the processing of FRESH CHESTNUT AND BROWN , drying and grinding of dried chestnuts of CHESTNUT FLOUR .
