FRESH CHESTNUTS
Our fresh chestnuts are a natural product of our valleys of Cuneo, that we have worked with care.
They are withdrawn daily from agricultural producers, pre-sorted, calibrated according to the dimension, heat treated and manually chosen to obtain a clean and healthy product.
They are available in various sizes:
Medium 80/85 fruits per kg
Big 60/65 fruit per kg
Small 90/100 fruit per kg
Non It does not naturally contain GLUTEN, does not contain allergens and does not contain ALCOHOL.
It is a product suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and free of any preservatives and additives.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources, it is advisable to keep at 5° C.
Mainly they are eaten like roasted or boiled chestnuts.
They can also be used for the classic MONTE BIANCO, for desserts, sweets, cakes, creams and jams.
